HEADS UP BLOGGERS !!! This report stirkes a nerve w/ SpinMill . Why isn't the authority both North & South of Border, not on top of these murders, and kidnappings? The combined resources of States, technology, law enforcement, national security, homeland defense is a big ticket item on budgets, and it is NOT working !
