Tucson District Judge Cindy K. Jorgenson scolded Chiago, 22, for showing "no regard for human life" last March 20 when he shot Andujo.
She said that although return fire by the agents killed Jaime Gonzalez Pablo, 17, Chiago was to blame for the bullet that took the teenager's life, an unintended victim of the escalating assaults on Border Patrol agents.

BLOGS...this situation is so typical to the metropolitan Greater Phoenix area, in Arizona. Everyday the media delivers serious crime reports on White or Black male suspects..but usually often...it is just "suspect" or identity withheld, WHEN it is a hispanic suspect.
