Illegals Want Right to Vote Here and There?
Supporters of the bills in the U.S. and Mexico worry, however, that the bill will not find its way out of the maze of Mexican political debate.
The demand by Mexicans "on this side" for the right to participate in Mexican elections goes back to early 1900's.
But migrants have never succeeded in securing their right to vote.
