Bush deal with Mexico criticized
"We can hardly reform Social Security while adding millions of illegal aliens to the system,' Rohrabacher said, arguing that the deal, known as a totalization agreement, would cost the U.S. billions of dollars and "take away from our own senior citizens who have paid into Social Security all their lives.'
